Sizes For Custom Challenge Coins
All of our challenge coins are hand crafted with bronze, silver or gold alloy, to give your creation that special look of quality! The normal size for a challenge coin is 1.50 ” in diameter. We also mint coins in 1.75″ and 2″ diameter. Unique shapes and sizes can be created and a quote will be made based on your design. Diamond cut edges are available on all of our coins. We can mint almost any size or shape so if you’re looking for something that isn’t listed, e-mail us! We can probably do it for you!
Colors For Custom Challenge Coins
You can use up to 4 different colors on each side without any cost increase. The colors are hand painted baked enamel and we can match almost any color! Challenge Coins can choose colors according to Pantone color card, and different electroplating colors can be selected, such as nickel, silver, gold, brass, copper, rose gold,… (As shown in the picture)
Custom Challenge Coin Costs and Pricing
Contact us for a custom quote for your challenge. Find the size of the coin you would like to make, then choose either Bronze, Silver or Gold metal finish and then decide if you want your coin plain, with color on one side, color on 2 sides or diamond cut edges with color on one or both sides. You may choose any color per side for you custom challenge coins!

A2: Submit design(you) > submit quotation(me)> confirm to order and pay mould cost (you)> Create artwork (me)> Approval (you)> full payment or a half payment(you) > Production + Shipping after full payment (me).
Q3: What's MOQ of your product?
A3: No MOQ. We do know some people just need only a few, customize and special orders, we can meet and pleased with them.
Q4: Can I get a product sample?
A4: Yes, of course. We will make sample after you paid mould cost. And we will take picture for your check. If you need physical sample, we will send you by freight collect.
Q5: I'd like to know the specific delivery process.
A5: We will provide you tracking number at the time of shipping. It could be following on internet.
Q6: I need some very urgent, how fast you can produce it?
A6: For most items, it will need only 4-7 days when in a rush. Depending on your item, we will check schedule and get a fastest production time for you.
Q7: Do I need to pay the mold fee again when we purchase the same design again?
A7: We just charge only one mold fee in 3 years, for we stock the molds in 3 years for free.
Q8: I received, but it's wrong, how could I do?
A8-1: If you provide wrong info and confirmed wrong artwork or production plan, then sorry you will afford to re-make them.
A8-2: If we made products wrong with our artwork or production plan, we'll re- make for you freely.
