Soft enamel pins are die struck, underfilled with enamel (full color) and then baked in an oven so the enamel can cure. The result is a textured surface where you can feel the raised metal and the recessed enamel cavities. Unlike other metal pins like hard enamel pins, they are not smooth to the touch. Soft enamel are the most popular style of custom enamel pins and are likely what you have in mind when you think of a custom lapel pin.
Materials that can be used for soft enamel pins include Iron, Brass, Copper, Zinc Alloy, and the pins common size @1/2inch~5inches.
Soft enamel pins can choose colors according to Pantone color card, and different electroplating colors can be selected, such as nickel, silver, gold, brass, copper, rose gold, rainbow… (As shown in the picture)
About Packaging -Default Packaging
For small size and regular shaped products, factory default packing is 1pc/ poly bag + 50pcs/middle pocket + 200pcs/carton box.
For large size and irregular products, factory default packing way is 1pc/ air bubble pack +20pcs/ middle pocket + 120pcs/carton box.
