We create our custom soft enamel pins by applying one layer of enamel paint to the recessed areas of the pin, once dry, this sits just below the metal walls of the pin to create a ridged finish.
Materials that can be used for soft enamel pins include Iron, Brass, Copper, Zinc Alloy, and the pins common size @1/2inch~5inches.
Soft enamel pins can choose colors according to Pantone color card, and different electroplating colors can be selected, such as nickel, silver, gold, brass, copper, rose gold, rainbow… (As shown in the picture)
