A2: Yes, of course. We will make sample after you paid mould cost. And we will take picture for your check.If you need physical sample, we will send you by freight collect.

Q3: How about the Tax?
A3: Our company afford the tax exporting from China, and you afford the importing tax of your country, according to international practice.

Q4: I received, but it’s wrong, how could I do?
A4-1: If you provide wrong info and cofirmed wrong artwork or production plan, then sorry you will afford to re-make them.
A4-2: If we made products wrong with our artwork or production plan, we’ll re- make for you freely.
